Hotel il Sereno

Hotel il Sereno, designed by Patricia Urquiola, is a luxurious 5-star hotel located on the shores of Lake Como, built on the site of a pre-existing structure. With 7 levels, 2 of which are underground, and a surface area of 3,500 m², the hotel features an external cladding in Ceppo di Gré with 80x40 cm slabs and a finish of 'large pores filled and honed,' applied to a ventilated wall using a through-slot system. Ceppo di Gré and Aggloceppo® were also used for the interiors, contributing to the 'Best of Year Award' by Interior Design Magazine.
